Some Feng Shui tips for better sleep are:
1. Make the sleep area yin as possible, cozy and comfortable.
2. Mirrored doors in the bedroom are best removed or covered to allow sounder sleep.
3. At night cover mirrors directly across from the bed or a window in the bedroom.
4. Keep the area under the bed clean and clear.
5. Have a strong headboard attached to the bed frame.
6. Place the bed on a solid wall that contains good qi.
7. Keep the television in a room designated for television and not in the bedroom.
8. Place the bed so that you can see the door without turning your head.
9. Sound machine, sleep mask and earplugs are especially wonderful, too.
